Weight Watchers Friendly Vegan Black Bean Soup

I'm doing this #weightwatchers thing, and I'm down 12 pounds in a month. This is what I've been making for dinner.
Black Bean Soup- Saute 2 chopped red onions in a a big soup pot over medium for a couple of minutes, throw in 4 or 5 cloves of chopped garlic, hit it with some salt, pepper, 1t smoked paprika, 1t cumin, and 1/4t of cayenne or crushed red pepper. Stir that up and add a diced potato. Pour one of those boxes of Trader Joe's Latin Style Black Bean soup over what you have going on. Add 2 cups of black beans and a chopped yellow plantain to the mix. Bring that to a boil, reduce it to a simmer, cover and let it cook for 45 minutes. Ladle into a bowl and top with avocado and cilantro. Slurp
