One Minute Breakfast Smoothie
You got a minute? Now you’ve got breakfast.
1 C Nut Milk or water
1 scoop vegan protein powder (Vega or Sun Warrior are best)
1 banana, break it up
1 Bartlett pear, sliced
2 C spinach or whatever green you have
1- Throw all that stuff in a blender and blend until you have the consistency of a shake. Drink it right out of the blender. Done.
