Green Buzz Juice
I’m not playing with this one. It’s all killer, no filler. We’re not messing around with celery and cukes to up the water content and dilute the phytochemical beast that is Swiss Chard.
The natural sugars from the carrots and apples, combined with the dark leafy nutrient density of the chard hit you like a quadruple espresso shot. Instead of reaching for a morning coffee, fire up your juicer.
A bunch (yes, the whole bunch) of Swiss Chard
2 apples, cored
1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled
1 lb carrots
Use your juicer to extract the juice. Give it a quick stir and share it with a friend or drink the whole pint. You might actually accomplish something.
