Dojo Salad



Let’s take the famous Soy Burger Dinner from Dojo and make it better/healthier.

FOR THE TOFU:

1 tsp Sambal

2 T Tamari

1 T Sesame Oil

1 T Molasses

1 T Minced Garlic

16 oz extra firm tofu, medium dice

1- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients besides the tofu, until combined.

2- Add the tofu and coat it evenly.

3- Heat oven to 400F.

4- Spread tofu on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

 FOR THE SALAD:

5oz greens (whatever you like in your salad)

1 English cucumber, julienned or spiralized

2 Asian pears, medium dice

1 Avocado, scooped out with a spoon

¼ c Ginger Carrot Dressing, Use this recipe:

1 T Sesame seeds.

1- Place greens, cuke, pear, baked tofu and avocado in a large mixing bowl and toss vigorously. 2- Add dressing and toss again until salad is evenly dressed. 3- Top with sesame seeds. 4- Tell me that salad isn’t fucking awesome.
