Cranberry-Banana-Apple Vegan Protein Smoothie


This is an awesome post workout shake. Hey vegan, where do you get your protein from? Right here!

Ingredients:

1 C Frozen cranberries

2 ripe (or slightly overripe) bananas

2 green apples, sliced

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Vega or Sunwarrior are best)

2 pitted dates

2 cups water

 Instructions:

Throw all of that in a strong blender and blend until smooth.
