Chia, Peanut, and Oat Instant Breakfast Soak
I know, I know, you’re very important, you don’t have time to make breakfast. This takes all of 3 minutes. Do it the night before and wake up to a healthy, filling, breakfast sundae that’ll stop you from making fucked up food decisions later in the day
½ C oats (Instant, rolled, whatever you have)
¼ C chia seeds
¼ C PB2 (That’s powdered peanut butter)
2 packets Stevia
½ t vanilla extract
2 C almond milk
½ C roasted unsalted peanuts
Combine the oats, chia, PB2, Stevia, vanilla and almond milk in an airtight container. Stir it up, shake it up, make sure it’s combined well.
Cover. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
Wake up and shower, you filthy animal.
Divide the porridge into 2-4 portions, warm it up, or eat it cold. Throw some peanuts on top, add some date syrup if you need the sweetness.
