Antioxidant Turmeric Dressing


Do you love powerful anti-inflammatories that protect your body from outside invaders (bacteria) like the Great Wall of China that also double as a delicious bright yellow salad dressing? Who doesn’t?

Ingredients:

1 T ground turmeric

½ t ground ginger

1 C full fat Greek yogurt or ¾ C tahini paste for the vegans

1 C water

1 clove garlic, minced

1 T honey or maple syrup

Sea salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to combine until it becomes a dressing, or whisk everything together in a big bowl
